Your order

By placing an order with us, you confirm that you are at least 18 years of age and that the information you provide is accurate and complete. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order at our discretion.

Pricing

All prices are shown in pounds sterling (£) and are inclusive of VAT where applicable.

Delivery

UK delivery is £7.95 per order, fulfilled with DPD. Orders are dispatched within 2–3 business days. Once dispatched, please allow a further 2–3 business days for delivery.

Returns

We accept returns within 14 days of delivery, provided items are unused and in perfect condition, complete with dustbag and swing ticket. Return postage is at the customer’s cost. Please see our Refund Policy for full details.

Your statutory rights

Nothing in these terms affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015.
