We want you to love your ELC blanket. If for any reason it isn't right for you, we're happy to accept returns within 14 days of delivery. Simply log in to your account, select your order, and submit a return request, letting us know the reason so we can continue to improve.

Returns can only be accepted Monday-Friday as the warehouse is closed weekends. 

Please note that return postage is at your own expense. We recommend using a tracked service, as we are unable to accept responsibility for items lost in transit. If you have any concerns about your return, please don't hesitate to get in touch,  we're always happy to help.

Once we receive your return in perfect condition, we'll process your refund within 48 hours. Your bank may take a little longer, typically up to 5 working days. but we'll make sure our end is sorted promptly.
